Will the Duplicate Photo Cleaner run faster if I buy and install additional Memory?

My Windows-7 Pro PC currently has 8GBs, it can be upgrade to 16GBs.

My hope is that by upgrading to 16GB’s, the Duplicate Photo Cleaner will use the additional Memory and run faster.

Hi Mike, upgrading the RAM will make all programs on your computer, including Duplicate Photo Cleaner, run faster. However, the amount of time Duplicate Photo Cleaner needs to run a scan depends on the number of photos you’re scanning, the size of your photo library, and whether you’re using a traditional hard drive or an SSD (SSDs are much faster). The more photos you scan, the longer the scan will take. Hope this helps!
